So my kids had an opportunity to build and create with a new toy called Bumchems Alive this weekend! They love creating new things, and these little spiny balls made it fun to do. 😉 Let us show you how they work…..and let you win a BIG set of them yourself too (below)!

They remind me of a building toy I once had as a child and could play with for hours on end. These however are made up of soft spiny balls that easily stick  together, are moldable into balls, eyes, legs, and whatever your imagination might conger up.

There are directions inside showing kids how to make animals such as the ones you see here on the box but of course you can also think outside the box and create anything you’d like….AND Bunchems was awarded the 2016 Toy of the Year Award for Activities!! Fun.

They were given two different sets, the Bunchems Alive and the Megapack set which had different items to create with. First things first, we pulled their hair back as to not interfere with their time creating (refer to their safety video).

For best results play with Bunchems on a hard flat area as to not get tangled in any fibrous surfaces like carpet. My middle animal lover went right to work creating a tiger and bird you see here. Just connect, squish together, and use the added pieces (like these eyes, feet, and beak) to add features to your “pets”.

The Megapack comes with a large ball that can be covered with Bunchems and then turned on to make it vibrate and move across the floor..super cute! Instead of following the instructions she decided to make a “angel with a moustache”….thinking outside of the box at it’s finest. 😉 Combining both boxes gave them a lot of tiny squishy balls to create with and made for a fun afternoon of imaginative play.

Guess what??!! You too can enter to win both of these Bunchems Alive boxes! Just enter using the widget below and a random winner will be emailed…fun!
