Recipes Using Egg Roll Wrappers
Equipment
- 1 pan
Ingredients
- 6 egg roll wrappers
- 1/2 lb ground sausage
- 1 c cheese
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 3 tbsp sour cream, optional, to make creamy
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat, when not pink add taco seasoning and coat. Remove from heat and allow to slightly cool. Fold in sour cream if you want insides creamy.
- Lay egg roll wrapper on cutting board and put 2 tbsp of meat in center with a sprinkle of cheese on top.
- Fold in sides, then roll up end over the meat and to the other side. Wet end and fold up to seal shut.
- Heat oil in another skillet until hot enough to fry once dropped inside. Set filled egg roll in and brown for 2 minutes, flip and fry for 2 more min. or so on other side.
