You’ve got to try these bite size tiramisu brownies! Great coffee dessert paired with chocolate and really easy to make. Try making these two bite brownies for the next potluck!!

Ok, so it’s no secret that I love coffee. Not just a cup of coffee but just about anything that has that incredible coffee flavor. Add chocolate to that and ok I’m in heaven. Take a peek at these tiramisu brownies….oh yes, you can thank me later. 😉
Tiramisu Cheesecake Brownies
I love tiramisu, but I also love easy recipes and that typically takes a long time to create. I’m also a sucker for anything cooked in a muffin pan, so I thought I’d mix things up a bit and get that great taste of tiramisu along side a brownie.
You seriously can’t go wrong with those two flavor combinations! Here is how you make them.

Brownies in Mini Muffin Tin
I had most of the ingredients at home including the brownie mix, cream cheese and Folgers coffee.
There’s no need to make a whole pot of coffee for this recipe so Instant coffee comes in handy for this tiramisu treat. I grabbed some whipping cream at the store and I was set.
First you’re going to make your brownie mix as directed (you can make it from scratch, but like I said I like easy) and add 1/4 c. of water with 1/4 tsp. of Folgers® to give the brownies a hint of coffee flavor.
Brownies in Mini Muffin Tin
While those are baking you want to make your topping. This consists of whipping some powdered sugar and cream cheese together, then some whipping cream in another bowl and then folding those mixtures together. I know, sounds amazing.
Super easy right??!! It’s a perfect bit sized dessert to bring to a friend’s house because everyone loves that great coffee flavor infused with chocolate, and with the creamy topping you will surely be the ONLY one bringing this treat.
Here’s the entire recipe to refer to later and/or share it when your friends who will ask how you made it (you can take the credit, I won’t tell). 😉
Two Bite Tiramisu Brownies
Voila! Seriously this is one of my favorite desserts and is perfect for any get together…..yes there are usually a few missing when I make these to take to a friends house (but they’ll never know).
Using Folgers instant coffee is perfect since you only need 1/2 a cup of coffee to give these tiramisu brownies a great coffee flavor too!

Bite Size Tiramisu Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 c whipping cream or 1/2 tub of whipped topping
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 pkg brownie mix +ingredients to make them
- 1 toffee bar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Mix brownies as directed on the package but add 1/4 c. warm water with 1/4 tsp. Folgers® instant coffee together and add to brownie mixture before adding to muffin tin. I use a mini muffin tin and it will make about 30 total.
- Be sure to spray your pan with non stick spray before adding brownie mixture. Bake at temperature required on the box but only for 12-13 min. or until edges are slightly stiff. Using a mixer mix together 8 oz. of cream cheese (room temp. is easier) + 1/2 c. powdered sugar.
- In another bowl mix 1 c. whipping cream until it begins to stiffen and look like whipped cream (if you're using whipped topping skip this step). Then add the cream cheese mixture and whipping cream together and mix with mixer just until blended.
- I add this mixture to a pastry bag or baggie and cut end off so I can squeeze it on to the mini brownies. Before adding your topping add 1/4 tsp. Folgers with 1/4 warm water and spoon a bit of coffee on to your mini brownies (it will quickly absorb into them).
- Squeeze a dollop on each cooled brownie, sprinkle with cocoa powder and break up toffee bar so 1 piece is placed on the top.
