  • 1 pot or use slow cooker
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife

Ingredients 

  • 4-6 ribs, leftover, precooked, meat removed off bone
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can Rotel, regular heat
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 6 oz enchilada sauce, red, mild used
  • 1 packet chili seasoning, or fajita seasoning works

Instructions 

  • Use a knife to remove all leftover ribs meat off the bones and cut into bite size pieces.
  • In a pot on the stovetop over medium heat add all ingredients, stir to combine and cover with a lid.
