From May - October, the Temecula Valley Polo Club has polo games where families can tailgate and watch the match for free! You back your car right up to the field, pull out a blanket, a picnic dinner, a couple activities to keep the kids busy during slow periods (like hula hoops or kid's croquet), and watch the match. There is a tent with dining tables and vendors (but it's $20/person). There are also several amazing food vendors.

I just checked their website and unfortunately, the polo club now charges $15 pp for admission to tailgate. Ugh.
