How to Make Buffalo Ranch Dressing

We have a from scratch start from the beginning recipe below. You could mix just 2 ingredients together though and make a version of it. Like I said earlier, you could add your favorite buffalo sauce with bottled Ranch, adjust to your heat preference. OR whisk in some Popeyes Sweet Heat Sauce that will add a bit of sweetness into the mix.

Use a whisk with all the ingredients in the bowl until it is smooth and thick. Taste and you can adjust the flavor to your liking. If you want to make it the same color you would need to add a bit of food coloring but optional of course.

How do you turn a sauce into a dressing?

All you do is thin it out. You can do this a number of ways but typically milk would be used. If you want to keep it thicker use more buttermilk or a combination of the two until you get the consistency you want. This is great on top of salad too this way!

How do you make sauce less spicy?

You can tame down spicy sauces with more milk. That is neutralize the heat but whisking in more to your liking. Start with a few Tbsp. and taste until it is just right for you.
