What can I use hot honey on?

Can I just answer; ALL THE THINGS! I mean that is what I would say if we were standing side by side but will add another beyond the links already shared above. Our Honey Lemon Pepper Wings in Air Fryer are killer with this as a dip y’all. I mean, no question you have to make these. My girls will use it for chicken nuggets and on fish is great.

What can I use to make honey spicy?

Spices like cayenne pepper, chili powder, or smoked paprika can be mixed directly in. Diced hot peppers will add a bit of chunky texture, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce works, I like dry Sriracha for an Asian flare, or this is how to make jalapeno powder.

Do you put hot honey in the fridge?

That isn’t necessary but it does need to be cooled before storing in a tightly sealed airtight container like a mason jar. Keep your hot honey in a cool, dark place, such as a pantry or cupboard. This will prevent it from crystallizing and make it easy to drizzle.
