Cooking Frozen Steaks on the Grill
- If you use pellets and you can set the temperature set it to 350 and wait until it preheats.
- For charcoal, light them and wait until they turn white before putting food on the grates.
- For both you want to find two areas
- you’ll need the indirect heat side for a longer period to cook thru to the middle
- direct or high heat is necessary to sear or cook the steak on the outside to get those nice grill marks you’ll want
It doesn’t matter what type you’re cooking, these instructions will remain the same either way. Thick cut steaks may need more timing of course. You’ll want a digital thermometer to test grilled steaks along the way so they’re perfect for everyone.
