Mix together melted butter, minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Set aside. Preheat an outdoor grill and place frozen steak on the grill over direct heat to sear. Once you have a nice sear on the outside, move to indirect heat and cook for about 8-12 minutes on one side.
If your steaks are stuck together, after 10 minutes, pull apart with tongs. Flip steaks over direct heat to sear the other side, then move back to indirect heat for an additional 8-15 minutes depending on the desired doneness. Insert a thermometer in the center of the meat to check.
