Camping Recipes for Beginners
When it comes to foil packet dinners for camping you can make a ton of different things including the meat and vegetables inside.
- Brad’s Ranch Beans
- Grilled stuffed peppers
- 5 ingredient chili (make it in a pot instead of a crockpot)
- Mozzarella Stuffed Onions with cheese and wrapped in bacon work great wrapped in foil

What are the easiest meals to cook while camping?
One of our favorites would be shrimp in foil packets. Use frozen or raw defrosted pieces. You just throw them into a sheet with seasonings of your choice and you are set. Adding veggies like slices of bell peppers works great in there too. You can do this with other proteins too so the same directions, different night.
Camping Meals for Kids
It isn’t just main meals and veggies that can be made either. Try dessert on there too beyond just smores for not only a sweet treat but a fun activity to do together.
