Pictures from Great Wolf Lodge Howloween celebration as well as what’s to come when they transform it into Snowland for Christmas time!
We were so excited to be invited to experience Great Wolf Lodge Howloween activities this weekend! Special thanks goes out to Great Wolf for sponsoring our trip so we could share our pictures with you. Here’s what you can expect when you visit!! (originally published 10/16)
Great Wolf Lodge Halloween
We visited earlier this year when they opened their Southern California location, but this time they were celebrating Halloween and that is always fun.
- If you’ve never visited Great Wolf Lodge Southern California there are many throughout the US. This one is located in Southern California, specifically Garden Grove (close to Disneyland).
Of course everyone knows the fantastic indoor waterpark park they have at every location, and TONS of other activities too. I want to focus on their Howloween activities and upcoming Snowland experiences this time! 😉
Let us show you what you get to do when you visit in October.
Halloween Great Wolf Lodge Southern California
Let’s start with the good stuff…YES there is trick or treating! They give you a map of several trick or treat spots inside the hotel when you visit during Great Wolf Lodge’s Howloween celebration. You’re encouraged to wear costumes.
We wore ours from last year since we visited at the beginning of October and grab goodies.
Here’s what else is new.
The lobby is transformed into a Halloween themed area complete with a HUGE spider atop the ceiling made entirely of balloons and a haunted house you can actually dine in!!
They transform this into a Gingerbread house in the winter time..I will show you a peek of that below.
Of course Great Wolf Lodge always has activities for kids to do every day but this time they were Halloween themed. They colored a picture and created their own button they were able to take home.
The fun nightly story time had a fun story with October in mind, followed by a dance party with Halloween music (their favorite part of the night)!
Now let me show you what they have in store when they transform it again for Snowland in December. 😉
Howloween Great Wolf Lodge
And this is the Haunted house transformed into a Gingerbread house!! How cute is this??!! You can reserve it and have dinner inside whether you’re staying at the hotel or not!
We had a great time. If you haven’t visited a Great Wolf Lodge yet it truly is fun for the entire family. It’s a nice time to spend together as a family. There is SO much to do that it becomes a memory you can all share together.
You can make reservations to celebrate Great Wolf Howloween here and if you book 2 or more nights you can save up to 30% off. Which Great Wolf Lodge have you been to & what was your favorite part??
