We had some baking fun the other night making this blonde brownie Easter chick dessert! We have made a variety of CUTE Easter desserts and we thought chicks would round out our creations quite nicely. Here’s is how you make Easter brownies!

Easter Brownies

You start with an easy blonde brownie recipe. It tastes sort of like a sugar cookie but with more of a brown sugar flavor. Here is how you make blonde brownies, in a mini muffin tin for this Easter chick.

You want to make sure your blonde brownies are totally cooled before making your Easter chicks deseert.

Chick dessert for Easter

First put 2 candy corns in as feet like so. Add your yellow frosting to a pink sized freezer bag. Snip the end off and squeeze on like so. I use this method because it is cheap and easy.

I buy already made yellow frosting too in the tub to skip the step of coloring the frosting myself. It’s the same price so mind as well make it easier on you. 😉

Easter Brownies

Use another candy corn for the beak but put it in with the big side first this time. Use sugar eyes and you’re done with your Easter chicks!! About as labor intensive as making Italian Easter cookies, but more fun for sure. They’re both great to make this time of year with kids.
