Easy Valentine’s Day desserts your kids can help you make and they are inexpensive to create too. Vanilla wafer, pudding and marshmallow dessert .

Valentine’s Day is around the corner and it is time to have some fun with PINK!! Finding easy Valentine’s Day desserts is usually what I look for because let’s face it. I don’t have a lot of time + my kids like to help, so here is one of our favorites!
Easy Valentine’s Day Dessert Recipes
All you need for this one is:
- a box or two of Instant Jello pudding mix (vanilla flavor)
- whipped cream
- food coloring
- vanilla wafers,
- either sprinkles or mini marshmallows like you see above

Just make the instant pudding as directed. 2 cups of cold milk per box, and then whisk for about 2 minutes (if you want to add a few drops of pink or some red food coloring add it while you’re whisking).
It will get a bit thicker as you whisk it but just a few minutes later it will be quite firm so work somewhat quickly after you are done whisking.

If you want to make it “fancier”, use short see thru cups so you can see the layers. Put pudding, a few vanilla wafers, pudding, wafers, then a dollop of pudding. 😉

Top the layering off with some whipped cream and pick out the pink mini marshmallows for a treat on top. You could add pink sprinkles and/or a cherry too…PINK PINK PINK!!
- Then try our Valentine rice krispy treats. I mean who doesn’t love marshmallow squares right??
You can serve them on sticks kinda’ like cake pops if you want or just as is. They’re easy to really decorate up with sprinkles, frosting, all the things. To color them just add a few drops of red food coloring into the melted marshmallows is all you need.
