I wish I had this so many times when I had little ones and wanted to order shoes for them online. It would have a sizing chart with how many inches each shoe size was, but didn’t have this to use. Finally I ordered one on Amazon but it would constantly get misplaced so then I was back to square one.

As my children got older there were new needs, mostly when ordering stuff online again. If I only had a printable tape measure it would have saved me a lot of headaches. Bingo…..it was time to create my own and here it is.

So here are the links below, in blue. We use HP Ink so it doesn’t matter whether we print colored sheets or black and white but if you aren’t hooked up to that quite yet we have both versions for you here. Seems self explanatory but if you have never seen one like this you tape the strips together where the grey areas are. So don’t cut those off!

Directions for taping the pieces together are on the paper as well so it’s done 100% correctly.

How to print out a tape measure

Time needed: 5 minutes

  1. Print

Here is the yellow paper tape measure you can print here. Want a black and white copy without any color on it, we have a measuring tape for you here too.

  2. Cut

Use scissors to cut each piece into strips, not cutting off the grey ends on the left hand side of each sheet.

  3. Tape

Use pieces of tape to create a long strip from 1″ to 60″ on the other end.

I hope this helps you measure ALL THE THINGS friends. Share with your friends so you can save them a few headaches as well.
