Have you been to the Discovery Cube OC Bubblefest yet? If you haven’t it is an incredible show! If you’re not familiar with the Discovery Cube in Orange County it is a 3 story hands on children’s museum that my kids LOVE, and they switch up their featured events often! Special thanks goes out to Discovery Cube OC for sponsoring our visit so we could share our pics with you. Let us show you around a bit.
The Bubblefest takes place once a year and even though we attended last year and took pictures it was still incredible to see the second time around! It opens March 26th and ends on April 10th so you still have plenty of time to visit, you can grab tickets here to ensure your spot.
Discovery Cube OC Bubblefest
The show allows children to sit on the floor right by the stage and they call a few to the stage to do fun things like the two at the top of the post here. Throughout the show there are TONS of bubbles and amazing “trick” done with bubbles kinda’ like a magic show. The stage is inside the Discovery Science Center and is in addition to your admission price but very reasonable. If you live close like we once did we bought an annual family pass for all of us (just $99) and went really often when all 3 of my kids weren’t in school yet….you can spend all day there.
There are fun activities like this ride in a bubble downstairs from the Bubblefest theater too. Here are a few new exhibits being featured there right now and exhibits coming up in the near future at Discovery Cube OC.
There is a great new Dora and Diego area there now that is fun for kids…especially little ones. There is a small climbing wall, play houses and more things from the show your kids love! I found another upcoming events for your kids who live dinosaurs too.
Like I said Discovery Cube OC has a lot of exhibits throughout the entire year like their snow days event which is really fun! Visit their site for more information on future events and hope to see you there.
