monterey jack, or softened cream cheese stirred in for a creamy version, more to top

Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except cheese).
Stir, close lid and set on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
When done stir in cheese until melted.
Serve topped with more cheese and dollop of sour cream.
