Prepare a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of the and top with the seasonings. Dot the top of the chicken with the cream cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or until they are tender enough to shred easily with 2 forks. Mix in the cream cheese. Add the ham and 1 cup of swiss cheese to the chicken and stir to combine.
Remove the top of the Hawaiian sweet rolls and spread the chicken mixture over the bottom pieces. Sprinkle the chicken with the remaining cheese and enjoy.
