Muffin tin meatloaf with biscuits - Combine egg, bread crumbs, w. sauce, meat and soup mix in a bowl and mix well. Add bread crumbs if meat is still too wet.
Make into meatballs, about 8 per 1 lb. of meat. Cook on a baking sheet or in muffin tin at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or so or until about 75% cooked.
Flatten refrigerated biscuits one at a time and push into muffin tin holes (spray pan before starting).
Add 1 tbsp. spaghetti sauce to bottom of biscuit + parmesan cheese. Put precooked meatball into hole and bake at 350 for about 5 minutes or until biscuit is fully cooked.
You can add mozzarella cheese to tops about 2 min. before they are done. Top with dash of oregano if desired.
Muffin tin meatloaf - If you don't want to wrap with biscuits it is even easier. Combine first 5 ingredients on the list in a bowl until you get meatloaf texture. Preheat oven to 350. Fill each hole 3/4 of the way full with meat and bake for 15 minutes (this will leave just a tad of pink in the center)
If you want to add ketchup or bbq sauce to the top of each to bake on and caramelize slightly do this after minute 12.
