Chicken Bacon Ranch Bake
This chicken bacon ranch bake is one of my kids' favorite casseroles. Using refrigerated biscuits to hold it together it's packed with flavor and cheese!

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts precooked and diced
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tbsp bacon bits
- 1 can green chiles 4 oz.
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits Grands use only 6, cut into 8ths, regular size cut into 4ths
- 2 fresh green onions diced
- 1 tbsp powdered ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Add all your ingredients into a bowl and mix well, add cut up biscuits at the end. Spray a 9x12" casserole dish with non stick spray and pour mixture inside. Spread out in pan evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until biscuits that peek out at top turn light brown. Serve!
