Tater Tot Casserole with Ground Beef Recipe

Our potato tot casserole with ground beef will knock your socks off! Add vegetables for a cheesy meal your kids will ask you to make over and over again.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef browned
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 16 oz frozen vegetables frozen
  • 32 oz tater tots divided
  • 2 c cheese shredded, divided
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.
  • Pour this into a mixing bowl. Add frozen vegetables with half of frozen tater tots, 1 cup of cheese and condensed soups. Stir together.
  • Pour mixture into a 2 quart baking dish and top with remaining tater tots. Cover with foil.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, then open and sprinkle with remaining cheese on top. Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes until it is melted. Serve.
