Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Stove Top Stuffing mix with the water and milk. Stir until the stuffing mix absorbs the liquid and becomes soft.
Add the ground beef (or beef and pork mix), chopped onion, 1/2 cup ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to the stuffing mixture. Mix everything together until well combined. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the glaze: 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Spread this glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Once the meatloaf is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve slices with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and green beans, fora comforting and delicious meal.
