Rinse wings, dry with paper towels well so skin will soak up sauce and get crispy at the end.
If you want to wrap with bacon strips (smoked or unsmoked) cut each piece of pork into thirds. Wrap a piece of a wing in each part and set inside baking dish.
Grease a baking dish with oil or cover with non stick foil. Arrange in the dish so they aren't overlapping. Spread 1/2 of your sauce over the wings, making sure each is covered.
Place in a preheated oven set to 375 degrees F and bake about 35 - 40 minutes or until inside meat reaches a minimum of 165 F.
If you want to crisp the outside more, switch oven to broil for a few minutes until browned on top. (if you add the other half of the sauce on top it will caramelize and bake right on which is great)
Can brush the remainder of your sauce over the top when serving.
