Lay egg roll wrapper down flat. Place cheese stick in near end with 2 pcs of lunch meat on top.
Fold sides in and then roll up almost all the way. Then wet your finger and wet the very end, roll all the way over so it sticks and doesn't come undone.
If frying; Heat oil until it is hot enough to fry a small piece of wrapper dropped in. Lay a few prepared rolls in oil and flip so both sides are lightly browned.
Put on paper towels when done to absorb excess oil.
Air frying; Add in preheated machine at 375 degrees, spray tops with olive oil spray well. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turn over each one and spray with olive oil again liberally, then cook 3-4 additional minutes.
