Easy Spinach Quiche Recipe
Easy spinach quiche recipe with just 5 ingredients and done from start to finish in 30 minutes. So yummy, even my kids love this one.

Equipment

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1.5 cup swiss cheese grated
- 1 pkg creamed spinach 10 oz., frozen, creamed from Green Giant
- 1 pie crust refrigerated, or follow tater tot crust notes below
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and preheat your oven to 375 degrees. (you can add 1 cup sliced mushrooms and/or 1/4 cup bacon bits too if you'd like)
- Spray non stick spray in your pie pan, put the pie crust in your pan and pour the mixture in.
- Bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and slightly firm in the middle so you know the eggs are cooked.
- Let cool for a little bit to solidify. Then cut to serve.

With Tater Tot Crust
Bake tater tots on a baking sheet in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
Remove and pour into your pie pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray.
Use the back of a spoon to press warmed tater tots into bottom and sides of pie pan. Make sure it is evenly distributed and same thickness all the way around. Then make quiche filling, pour in and follow baking time and temp directions above to complete
