diced tomatoes

whole peeled tomatoes
break up large pcs.

corn
(drained, or 1.5 c. fresh kernels)

olive oil

pinto beans

kidney beans

black beans

onion

bell pepper

jalapeno

Instructions
Brown ground beef if you choose to add it.
Add olive oil, garlic, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, chiles and spices. Simmer on low until softened.
Add drained cans of beans, corn, and cans of tomatoes.
Simmer on stovetop for at least 20 minutes on low to meld flavors. Serve topped with cheese with a side of bread.
