Ingredients
4mediumchicken breastsfresh is best, if frozen they need to be broken apart and small
1pkgfajita seasoning2 oz, or taco seasoning
16ozsalsa
2largebell peppersred and green sliced thick + 1 onion if desired
Instructions
Chop onion and bell peppers into large chunks. Place chicken breasts at bottom of pot (if breasts are unusually thick and large cut them in half first). Sprinkle meat with taco seasoning.
Put onion and bell peppers on top of meat, then pour jar of salsa on top of everything.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until meat it shreds easily with 2 forks. Shred, stir, and serve inside tortillas with sour cream and cheese!

Made With Frozen Chicken
There is no change in timing with these. You do need to separate them first though, you can do so under cool water while pulling apart. Note that there will be extra liquid in the bottom of the pot with frozen pieces which will slightly dilute the flavor vs. using fresh.
