Cold Beer Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg cream cheese room temp.
- 1 c cheddar cheese grated - mild or sharp
- 1/4 c beer
- 1 tbsp jalapenos diced, or in can with juice is best
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix really well. It is easier if you leave the cream cheese on the counter so it gets softer and once all items are mixed well put into a container
- When you get the consistency you want, wrap bowl with saran wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour or so to intensify flavors, or serve immediately if you desire.
