Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix the stuffing mix with the condensed cream of chicken soup.
Spoon the stuffing mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, spreading it evenly. Pour the chicken broth over the stuffing mixture.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and so tender you can shred them with two forks. Once done, gently shred the chicken and gently fold in with the stuffing.
