Preheat your oven to 375°F or 190°C. Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or a light coating of oil. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, eggs, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, dried oregano, pinch of salt and black pepper.
Use your hands to mix everything thoroughly, but avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender. Gently press the meatloaf mixture into the prepared bundt pan, ensuring it's evenly distributed and pressed down to avoid air pockets.
Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 50-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 160°F.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze. About 10 to 15 minutes prior to serving, carefully pour off excess grease. Then, spread a thin layer of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf mixture, ensuring even coverage.
Return the meatloaf to the oven and continue cooking for the remaining time. The glaze will become caramelized and glossy. Use a sharp knife to slice the meatloaf into portions and serve.
