Slow cooker bone in pork chops - Prepare the slow cooker liner with non stick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix together the brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, and cream of mushroom soup.
Spoon half of this on the bottom. Place half of the pork loin chops on top of that. Top with the mushrooms. Put the final layer of pork loin chops on top of that. Pour the remaining soup mixture over the top. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours (timing depends on how thick yours are).
Baked bone in pork chops - Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Dry outsides with paper towels and sprinkle on our pork chop dry rub or simple seasonings of your choice. Lay on non stick baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until insides are 145 degrees. Remove, allow to rest for 10 minutes and enjoy.
Air fryer bone in pork chops - Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Mix seasonings for dry rub or your choice, pour on to a plate. Lay down pork chop on seasoning, flip, cover and coat both sides. You can lay 2 slices of bacon down horizontally, to wrap the top portion with it. Fasten with 2 toothpicks so bacon stays on.
Spray inside of air fryer basket with non stick spray. Lay 2-3 inside without overlapping. Close lid and air fry for a total of 10 minutes or until 145 inside. Rest for 10 minutes and then enjoy.
Grilled bone in pork chops - Heat grill to approximately 500 degrees, oil grates before putting meat on. Dry outsides of pork chops with paper towels and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings or dry rub. Put on grill with direct heat for 2 minutes on each side. Then move to indirect heat and cook for about 15 minutes or until internal temp. is 145 degrees.
