Toast in the Oven Recipe

Making toast in the oven is easy. Great for large batches for breakfast. Bread toasting in oven with brown or white bread to get crispy.

Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread or as many as desired, not overlapping
  • 1/4 c butter softened, spread on beforehand to bake into bread more

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lay pieces, not overlapping, on a non stick baking sheet.
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes or until they're as browned on the top as you'd like. For really crunchy browned pieces, flip after 4 minutes and cook another 3 minutes on the other side. Remove, butter and enjoy.
