Taco Dip with Meat Recipe
This cheesy taco dip with ground beef is a delicious appetizer or meal! Perfectly seasoned and made in your skillet it's a hearty snack or dinner idea!

Ingredients

ground beef

cheese

more or less depending on taste

taco seasoning

can
black beans
drained and rinsed
1
can
fire-roasted tomatoes with garlic
1
can
niblet corn
drained
1/2
cup
water
or beef broth
Instructions
Cook your ground beef and salt together in a skillet, until cooked through.
Drain excess drippings. Sprinkle seasoning and stir until beef is coated.
Add black beans, tomatoes, corn and water. Stir to combine well.
Bring to a boil until most of the water is evaporated.
Sprinkle cheese on top and stir until melted.
Can top with additional bits of shredded cheese, chives, guacamole, sour cream.......
