Strawberry Mug Cake

Strawberry cake in a mug recipe that uses just 3 ingredients and just 1 minute in the microwave! With cake mix, the perfect dessert for one!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp cake mix
  • 1.5 tbsp angel food cake mix
  • 2 tbsp water or any liquid

Instructions

  • In a storage container mix together entire box of cake mix, any variety, and box of angel food cake. Use a spoon to mix all ingredients together well.
  • Add 3 tbsp. of your combined cake mix + Add 2 tbsp. water into your mug and stir well. Microwave for 1 minute. (Alternatively you can mix 1.5 tbsp of each dry mix in your mug well and then add water.)
  • Enjoy, topped with a dollop of cool whip is great too!
