Ingredients

  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle over 3-4 steaks, press down, then pick up and allow excess to fall off.
  • BBBQ, smoke, or cook as you wish.
