Sprinkle seasonings of your choice on thighs (I'll add some garlic powder and onion powder usually) and lay inside slow cooker. Pour bbq sauce over the top, make sure all meat is coated. If you are adding pineapple tidbits pour in with juice now.
Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours or until meat is cooked all the way thru and tender enough to cut with the side of a fork. Serve with rice.
