Preheat oven to 200 F and line a baking sheet with foil. Remove the membrane on the ribs if in tact. You can cut the ribs if they don't fit into your pan. If you want to coat the outsides with a dry rub do so at this time.
Place the ribs, meat side up, onto the baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 4-5 hours or until internal temperature measures 190 F and you can pull the bone out easily.
Remove from oven, and coat with barbecue sauce. Broil for 3-5 minutes or until crisped on the top.
