1 baking sheet with parchment paper or mini muffin tin
Ingredients
1cold fashioned oats
1/2cpeanut buttercreamy
2/3ccoconutshredded
1/3choney
1tspvanilla
1/2cchocolate chipsmini semi sweet
1tbspdried cranberriesoptional
1tbspCheerioscrushed to a sandy texture, optional
Instructions
Add all ingredients into your bowl and cover with plastic wrap where the wrap touches the top of the bites mixture so no air gets into it. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Take out and use a small cookie scoop or your hands to roll into balls. Set on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 2 hours. Enjoy! If you want to freeze for longer, freeze at this point for a few hours until firmed, then transfer into a freezer bag and store to take out a few at a time.
Keep in the fridge if enjoying them within a few days and take out when you want to enjoy them so they maintain ball shape, can be kept for several days and enjoyed one (or two) at a time
