Rinse shrimp and pat dry well with a few paper towels to dry. Put in a bowl, add salt, spices, herbs and olive oil. Stir and leave for a few minutes. In another bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and sriracha for a spice until smooth, set aside.
Place the tortillas on the taco racks and place in the air fryer basket. Bake in a preheated air fryer at 320F for 5-6 minutes until crunchy. Remove to cool and set aside.
Transfer the marinated shrimp to an air fryer basket and bake at 320F for 5-6 minutes for raw defrosted or cooked and still frozen until pink, toss halfway thru.
Brush the inside of the toasted taco shells with white sauce and stuff chopped red cabbage or coleslaw.
Add slices of avocado and top with air fried shrimp. Drizzle the taco filling with your mayo white sauce and add chopped greens (parsley, cilantro). Sprinkle with lemon or lime juice if desired.
