Rice Krispy Treat Ornaments
Rice Krispy treat ornaments are fun and a great no bake Christmas rice krispies dessert! Just a few simple ingredients and they're ready in less than 10 minutes too!

Equipment
- 1 Bowl
- 1 pan
- 1 muffin tin optional
Ingredients
- 3 c Rice Krispie cereal
- 2 c marshmallows mini are best
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small candy cane 1 per ornament
- 1 gummy lifesavers 1 per ornament
Instructions
- Melt butter and add mini marshmallows to pan over low heat (spray pan and spoon with non stick cooking spray first). Add cereal to bowl. Pour melted marshmallows over cereal and stir immediately coating all of cereal evenly.
- Quickly make into balls with your hands, should make approx. 4 balls/ornaments. Push small candy cane into hole of gummy lifesaver halfway down and push into one side of cereal ball.
- Roll gently or sprinkle with hands your sprinkles to decorate. Allow to cool so they stick together well. You can leave on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or spray muffin tin and set inside there to cool.
