Keyword: baby shower, club soda, drink, non alcoholic, peppermint, pink, punch
1/2gallonsherbetor ice cream, raspberry is best, or peppermint for Christmas time
1literSpriteClub soda for not as sweet, Ginger ale, or 7 up works too
3cupspink lemonadeoptional, to add more flavor and make more pink
Instructions
Make sure your sorbet / ice cream is really firmly frozen. To keep cold longer freeze your punch bowl overnight.
Scoop sorbet into punch bowl, then pour liquid(s) over the top (best if added when they are straight out of the fridge and very cold). Stir to incorporate and serve with a ladle.
If you want to make an alcoholic version I would substitute 1 cup of vodka with 1 cup of your lemonade
** You could wet rim of glasses and dip in crushed candy canes for peppermint or colored pink sugar crystals for raspberry.

Notes
Without Sherbet Version
You want to combine 12 oz pink lemonade concentrate (found in the frozen food section of your store) + 4 cups pink lemonade + 1 liter Sprite or 7-up together. I suggest that you use ice cube trays to freeze pink lemonade too and throw some in there too to keep cold if keeping out for a while.
Spiked Version
If you wanted to make an alcoholic version, substitute some of the pink lemonade for Malibu run or vodka. Start with 1/2 cup, taste and adjust to how much you want to add.
