Pineapple Rum Cocktail Recipe

Sparkling Hawaiian pineapple rum cocktail is what to call this favorite drink of mine! Goes perfectly with any meal really and easy to create with rum and pineapple juice.

Equipment

  • 1 glass 12 oz or so

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 7 up
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup coconut rum I use Malibu
  • 1 tbsp grenadine optional

Instructions

  • Add ingredients and stir. I add ice to keep it nice and cold. Add a cherry and/or mint to garnish if you like.
  • Taste and adjust as you like. If you want it not as strong, add more soda or juice.
  • Leave off rum if making mocktails.
