or oven safe pan with high sides
Ingredients

garlic parmesan & herbs condensed soup
could use cream of mushroom instead

milk

vegetable oil

pork chops
boneless, center cut used

potatoes
honey gold used, sliced 1/4" thick

onion
diced, yellow

cup
mozzarella cheese
optional

parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Whisk together condensed soup and milk in a small dish and set aside.
Heat oil in cast iron skillet and add pork chops, brown on both sides for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove pan.
Remove chops and add sliced potatoes with onions into pan covering the bottom and overlapping the least amount possible.
Place pork chops on top and pour soup mixture on top of that. Bake for 30 minutes or until meat reaches 165F.
If you choose to top with cheese sprinkle on top and switch to broil in oven for 3 minutes until melted and golden brown. Serve.
