1.5-2lbschicken tendersskinless
1cbarbecue sauceor teriyaki sauce works
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Pour 3/4 cup of your sauce into a bowl with your raw tenders. Toss to coat and let sit to marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat your machine at this time. Close air crisp lid (attached), turn machine on, press air crisp button, set to 400 degrees and let heat for 5 minutes.
Spray inside of air crisp basket and lay sauced tenders in basket without overlapping. Close lid and cook at 400 F for 7-10 minutes (depending on how thick they are), flip each one over and cook for another 4-6 minutes (depending on thickness) until thickest part reaches 165 F.
Remove and brush more bbq sauce on the outside and enjoy.
