Preheat one or both sides (for 2 steaks) of your Foodi dual zone to air fry, 400 degrees F. Allow to heat up for 5 minutes. ("regular" Foodi close attached lid and preheat)
Season steaks as you'd like on both sides of the meat. Lay inside baskets, one per side. Close drawers and cook for a total of 12 minutes (timing will vary depending on how well done you want it to be).
I like to flip each one over after 6 minutes, half way thru, but isn't absolutely necessary.
Remove, cover to keep warm, and allow to rest for 10 mintues. Top with a pat of seasoned butter and enjoy.
** If you want to put 1 steak on 1 side and potatoes on the other you can do that too. Preheat to 400 still on both sides. Cube potatoes and wrap in paper towels to remove water on outsides. Toss with olive oil and seasonings to coat. Cook about 10-12 minutes tossing 3 x throughout time until they're fork tender.
