Set Foodi to saute and add olive oil, diced onions, and meat. Cook until no longer pink. Turn pot off. (you can drain or not, I choose not to)
Add all other ingredients into your pot and stir. Close lid that is not attached and steam valve. Set to pressure cook, high, for 10 minutes. Then do a quick release. Serve immediately topped with cheese, sour cream and chives!
Cheesy option - If you want to melt a layer of cheese on the top sprinkle shredded cheddar on the top when done. Close lid that is attached and set to 400 for about 4 minutes or until melted, gooey and lightly browned. Then serve
