Leftover Corned Beef Recipes

Ingredients

c
corned beef
precooked and diced
3
large
potatoes
washed, diced into small bite size pieces
1/2
c
onion
diced
1/4
c
bell pepper
diced

tbsp
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees for 5 minutes. Toss diced potatoes, onions and peppers with olive oil and pour into basket. Spread out.
Cook for 7 minutes, shake basket, then cook for another 7 minutes or so until the potatoes are fork tender.
Pour in your diced leftover meat, toss and cook another 5 minutes until warmed and as crispy as you'd like.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired and serve.
