Ingredients
- 1 c epson salt
- 1/2 c sea salt
- 1/2 c baking soda
- 3 tbsp rosemary chopped, fresh
- 2 tbsp eucalyptus leaves chopped
- 10-12 drops essential oils
Instructions
- Combine all of your ingredients, except oils well, chop eucalyptus leaves fine when you add them.
- When you add your oils at the end you can pair it with eucalyptus essential oil if you want.
- Store in a sealed container like a mason jar to keep air out and oils fresh for longer.
