Lay 2 sliced thin pieces on a cutting board, place between two pieces of parchment paper and hit with a meat mallet from the center out a few times so they are the same size.
Mix spices, herbs and salt. Brush each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with spices on both sides. Preheat air fryer at 380 F for 5 minutes. Spray basket with olive oil.
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket for 7 minutes. Flip the pieces to the other side and bake for another 3-5 minutes or until insides are 165 degrees.
