Hot Dog Mustard
Homemade hot dog mustard recipe that is great on all sorts of other things too! Great as pretzel mustard left mild or make spicy if you like.

Equipment
- 1 pot
Ingredients
- 1/4 c water
- 4 tbsp dried mustard powder
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/3 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp flour
Instructions
- Pour in dry ingredients and then whisk with apple cider vinegar and water until smooth. Heat over low heat stirring consistently making sure there are no lumps present.
- Once it is thick to your liking remove from heat and use a spatula to scrape all contents into a bowl to cool.
- Use as you like. If you want to store leftovers allow to cool completely first. Transfer to a container with a lid and put into the fridge.
