Homemade Biscotti
Here's an easy homemade biscotti recipe that is perfect with coffee or a mug of homemade hot chocolate during the holidays! Sweet and simple to make.

Ingredients

c
flour
1.5
tsp
baking powder
3/4
c
fine cornmeal
1
c
sugar
3
eggs
1
tsp
salt

tsp
vanilla

tbsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Mix together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and spices.
IN another bowl whisk sugar and eggs for 2-3 minutes
Slowly add in dry ingredients and mix together.
Leave dough for 5 minutes to rise a bit.
Cut dough in half.
Form each half into long logs with your hands, slightly wet your hands to avoid sticking.
Put on baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
Take out and allow to cool.
Use a knife to slice diagonally to create biscotti pcs.
Put sliced pcs. back into the oven for another 20 minutes so they can harden.
Can drizzle melted chocolate over when done if desired. Keep in air sealed bag to keep fresh up to a week.
